The LSU Museum of Art Digital Twin is a project to create a fully virtual copy of the museum for exhibit design, virtual galleries, event planning, and more.
DMAE graduate students are using LiDAR scanning and photogrammetry to create 3D assets from the museum's collections.
Capabilities and workflows developed through our NASA Digital Twin let us digitize real-world objects with an extremely high level of precision.
