Design lies at the heart of all my projects. A strong foundation of traditional skills in the design process gives students and professionals the confidence and flexibility to reach for the impossible.

Live Experimental Performance:
I create, produce, and direct immersive and experiential transmedia performances at the intersection of art and technology.

Generative and Procedural Design:
Over the past two years I have become a leader in integrating generative tools into production design, with articles in Lighting and Sound America and The Theatre Times. I believe in empowering artists with AI, as opposed to supplanting them.

I was an invited speaker at the past two national conventions of the United States Institute of Technical Theatre on Using AI Design Tools.
